GUIDELINES
To help make your ROCKLANDS event run smoothly,we offer the following guidelines.

• Advance Notice
  Provide forty-eight hours' notice for items offered on the Catering Menu.
  Shorter notice may result in limited availability of certain menu items.
  
  
• Pricing
  The person making arrangements for your function should notify ROCKLANDS of the exact number of people attending or quantities required, two working days in advance of the scheduled function. Arrangements for functions to be held on Mondays and Tuesdays should be finalized by noon of the preceding Friday. The number of guests given will constitute a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. Please note all prices are subject to change.
  
  
• Delivery
  Delivery is available within the Washington Metropolitan Area for charges staring at $30.00.  Deliveries outside this area are subject to an additional charge. 
  
  
• Disposables
  Upon request, ROCKLANDS can provide disposable place-settings for your guests, consisting of a three-ply paper dinner napkin, heavy-duty plastic cutlery, dinner plate and a plastic beverage cup.
  This service is available for $1.75 per person.
  
  For pick-ups or deliveries, ROCKLANDS can supply you with:
  Disposable Tablecloths
  Disposable Chafing Dishes
  Disposable Serving Utensils
  Beverage Ice
